Refund and Exchange Policy

At Art World Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy.

Refund and Exchange Conditions:

• Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If the payment was made via bank transfer, you will receive a direct transfer to the same account. If the payment was made in cash at one of our branches or by one of our representatives, you will receive a cash refund.

Home Carpet Trial Service:

We offer a home carpet trial service that allows you to choose up to 6 carpets to test in your home. You can select the carpets you wish to try, and we will provide this service for a nominal fee to cover shipping costs only.
